The Summit Group brings cutting-edge program planning and controls expertise specializing in schedule and cost oversight on capital projects. Southern Cross provides leadership development, learning solutions, and training support across multiple industries.

Our Team
The combined professional and educational experience of Summit Federal's founders provides us with the history needed to support federal and government organizations with elite construction management services.
John "Jody" Lynch established Southern Cross Solutions after an illustrious 30-year tenure in the United States Marine Corps. His extensive experience including over 15 years within Special Operations commanding both a Marine Raider Battalion and the Marine Raider Regiment, combined with commands in combat will bring unique insights that enable SCS’s ability to provide exceptional executive leadership, strategic planning, program management, and cutting-edge learning solutions.
Anthony Popolizio, PSP, PMP, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in schedule and cost oversight on capital projects. He started The Summit Group in 2012 after seeing the need for a project controls firm specializing in CPM scheduling and cost control services that also had a deep knowledge of program management best practices. Mr. Popolizio takes an active role in management and execution of projects. He oversees company operations, handles client and business relationships, and maintains the mission and strategic vision for the firm.
